Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
When bending abruptly down with my right arm, I am having severe pain in my upper right abdomen area. It actually feels like an attack of some sort. The intense pain usually lasts no longer than 1 minute. Soreness usually accompanies. Have only had this happen about 4 times in the last couple weeks. I try now not to bend down to the right.
Hi, It seems that due to abrupt bending down movements might have caused sudden stretching of abdominal muscles giving spasm of recti muscle producing this problem. Avoid this movements for few days. Take analgesic, muscle relaxant medicines for 2-3 days. Apply muscle relaxant cream locally. Ok and take care.
