Yes. Thanks. My eyes have been sporadically twitching for a few days, and I also have upper arm pain on both arms but more on the right arm. Sounds odd, but I m wondering if this is connected? There s heart attack history in my family on my dad s side...

No there is no connection between your symptoms of bilateral upper arm pain with twitching of your eyes
The development of upper arm pain especially at the right side is due to the disease of the joint or muscles which are as follows
Arthritis
Myositis
Tendonitis
Trauma to the arm
Myopathy
Sprain
Spinal nerve root lesion
Hence please take the following drugs for the pain :cymbalta gabapentin neurobion arthrotec
Regarding a twitching sensations around your eyes I am suggesting that this physiological and may not have any pathological effect
