I m recovering from what was either a really bad cold or the flu. As it had me laid up in bed for days feeling worst than I ever have. Best description like death warmed up. Could my recent symptom of upper back pain be because I m not fully recovered from whatever it was that had me laid up for days. Its making it hard to breathe. I usually have lower back pain following an injury from ages ago. But this new back pain mixed with the lower back pain I get on a daily basis anyways is excruciating. I am just about able to complete my daily tasks. That s with gritting my teeth and hoping I won t keel over with the pain.
