What Causes Upper Chest Pain And Gastritis?
I have a dull pain in my upper left chest...this following a gurgling sound (5 minutes or less) during an extreme cycling activity on Saturday. I am 59 and healthy. I saw urgent care Sunday, and diagnosis was possible gastro issues...But this AM upon awaking, I had the dull pain return. Shall I avoid a spin class today?

gastric issue is fine and you can take a proton pump inhibitor for that.. but do attend the spin class and let us know if the pain increases on exertion .. that would help eliminate angina as a cause for your problem..
