What Causes Upper Chest Pain And Heart Palpitations?

Hi if had upper chest pain for four days it comes around while running or randomly while in the car? Tonight I feel like my heart is beating 4x faster and I can t sleep.I sometimes have a hard time swallow in and taking deep breaths sometimes are choppy. What s up with me?
