What Causes Upper Chest Pressure, Blood In Saliva Along With Taste?
I used B-Easy tablet for 2-3 months which reliefs asthma problem but then left it since 3 month. I am with fast today. When I woke up at 6:30 AM after sleeping at 4 AM after eating bread and drinking yougart shake(yougart & water wiht some sugar), suddenly I saw blood in silvia and and a taste . I am also feeling some pain/ pressure at upper chest. Please diagnose and suggest medicine
The pain over chest, blood in saliva may be indicative of various clinical conditions as - Pneumonia - Pulmonary tuberculosis - Others
It should not be neglected as such for casual therapy and you must consult your doctor for the detailed evaluation of this.
In my clinic, I do recommend: - Blood report with complete blood counts, ESR - Chest X-ray (PA view) - Sputum analysis
