What Causes Upper Left Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?
I am having this pain in the upper left side of abdomen, following a sense of nausea n then bowel evacuation withthe end bit as diarrhoel stool. This occurs every 4-5 days. I do not think it is to do with what I eat. And for the next fews I am fine. I could eat anything that does not seem to cause any problem

From history it seems that there might be having some gastro-intestinal infection either bacterial or protozoal.
Go for one course of ofloxacilin, metronidazole for 3 days.
Take light diet foe 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
