What Causes Upper Right Side Pain In The Torso Along With Heartburn?

hello, I am a 31 year old female who has suffered from tiredness for 9 years, I eat a varied diet and do light exercise walking every day usually a 5k run once a week. I have been suffering with pain in my upper right side which started off as constant but has got better, I had an ultrasound which showed my kidney was clear but enlarged and liver function was ok , over the last 4 weeks the painis barely there but I have been suffering with heartburn and a fluey achy body , could this be connected ? any ideas why my liver is enlarged ?

hi...sometimes fatty liver also can cause this symptoms...but do full blood count to exclude for abnormal cell count and infections...and do lipid profile...then from those investigations we can proceed..Thank you
