What Causes Upper Stomach Pain, Nausea And Body Chills?

Pain in upper middle stomach that goes to the right side..when i eat about 45min to. Few hours later i will get this sharp dull pain that will last 1-3hours during this episode i will get so nauseated ill end up throwing up till the pain goes away..also during this time i will have chills but swetting at the same time also the pain will get so bad ill double over can barly walk..i have been checked for my gallbladder but everything turn out fine what could it be

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms and history is given here I could say that it could be due to hyperacidity and if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg three times in day for few weeks, try to avoid spicy meal, coffee, smoking, alcohol prior to bed hope this information helps.
