What Causes Upper Teeth Pain While Eating Food?

i am having pain when i taken food from right side upper teeth. there is no sensitivity but pain.
once my teeth very small part is broken, from there lot of problem is start, gap (not in between 2 teeth)
gap in my single teeth is increase so my mussels of the is touch by food in that case lot of pain is i suffer, if i fill cavity the problem is stop?
please give me solution and suggestion.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have a deeply decayed tooth and the infection seems to have reached the nerve and progressing to the area below the root tips of the tooth and it is leading to severe pain..
The gap is appearing as the tooth is being decaying continuously leading to loss of tooth structure and reduction in tooth size..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to take a course of antibiotics and painkillers and also can be advised Root canal treatment of tooth in case if it is in condition to be saved..
In case of extensive decay extraction is advisable..
