What Causes Upset Stomach, Headache And Pain All Over The Body?

Yesterday early am I woke up with a headache. As the day progressed the aching moved down my spine. Upper and lower back, skipped the middle. Today it moved to my hips and thigh muscles. About half hour ago, the ache moved down into my knees calfs and ankles. Slightly upset stomache, but doesn t bother me to eat. Took my temp and it was normal, 98.8. What could this be?

According to history it could be viral gastritis like presentation
In viral infection muscle ache can be present...

Overexertion might be the reason for fatigue...

For gastritis like stomach upset you can be prescribed omeprazole Capsule 20 mg OD for week..

For pain paracetamol tablet can be taken..

If fatigue and weakness continues than investigation done like CBC, CRP for primary work up... And according to examination further work up planned...
