What Causes Urge Bowel Incontinence While Suffering From Prostatitis?

Hi I am suffering from ibs from last 7 year.i have urge to pass the stool. Some time ibs gone for 4to 5 months and then back. I have problem of prostatsis. Doctor said both ibs and prostatsis are same related to my stress problem. I have recently start I ibset. Econorm tablet and b12 as it is low in report. I stomach remain upset . I start probatic and gas medicine when I need to travel. I have already take paxidep25 mg for 3 years . But now it increase my anxiety so I will not take this. Plz suggest medicine .

It may be related to prostate issues and prostatitis however this is not comoon and you should see proctologist since some rectal issues may be underlying cause such as polyp, hemorrhoids, fisure or tumors of rectum and colon. You need to do colonoscopy and occult stool blood test as well.
