What Causes Urge Incontinence Along With Severe Fatigue And Palpitations?

Hi, I am going to list a few symptoms maybe you can give me an idea. Frequent urge to urinate, feeling of an inflamed bladder, but no UTI, fullness, fatigue, palpitations, red flushed skin front of neck, bad PMS symptoms, cramping, soar breasts, green nostril discharge everyday ongoing, green and bloody, cold feet and pale finger nails with a pink rim. (I have low ferritin, but haemoglobin is ok.) I know its a lot, but maybe you can help, Thanks
