What Causes Urge Incontinence And Burning Sensation In The Legs?

I (74 yo F) have constant urge to urinate but no uti after testing and cultures. This has been going on for months. I ve had 4 -6 cultures in that time. I also have burning leg pain when walking, even short distances (length of three to four houses in a city neighborhood. Low back pain. I have an appt with a urologist end of May.

Hi,

It is possible that you may have neurological claudication with compressive neuropthy. It may be caused by lumbar spondylosis or lumbar disk prolapse or compressive neuropthy or anemia.

Please get MRI spine and nerve conduction studies. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
