Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For your problem of post coital bleeding you need to consult a gynecologist at the earliest and get a PAP smear done to rule out any pathology in the uterine cervix. The doctor may also suggest an ultrasound scan of the abdomen to see for any pathology. Urge incontinence may be due to several reasons- bladder infection, bladder neck obstruction, overactive ladder, cystitis, bladder stones etc. You need to consult a urologist and get evaluated thoroughly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
