What Causes Urge Incontinence?

I recently started taking rifampin and clarithromycin for lyme disease. I started this combo 4 days ago. Ever since starting I have a sensation in what I believe is my bladder. I would not say I have an urge to urinate, in that I don t find myself going to the restroom and nothing happens. It s more just a sensation (not terribly painful or burning - but definitely there!) that does not stop. As I type it is happening and has been happening for hours. I have a high tolerance to pain, so maybe it could be a type of pain but not excruciating .
