Hi, I can understand your situation now. The urge to move your legs and arms especially soon after lie in the bed/rest may be due to a syndrome known as
Restless leg syndrome. You might have felt an abnormal creeping sensations in your legs during that time. Few of my patients told they couldn't describe the feeling what actually in the
limbs. This may disturb your sleep onset because you need to move your legs frequently to get relief from that.
It's not a big illness to worry much about it , but i know that it is an irritating issue every day. There are several reasons for this restless leg syndrome including
anemia. Commonly it happens as a type of
sleep disorder.I request you to check your
hemoglobin and take enough food rich in iron like spinach, dates and
liver.
And consult a Neuropsychiatrist who will suggest you to take some medications like
clonazepam and Ropinoril which will improve your symptoms significantly and make your bed time smooth. Avoid taking caffeine products like coffee, tea, and cola drinks. Your symptoms will change even from the first dose of drugs and you need to take for at least 2-3 months. Thank you.
