for no reason, at times, at least twice a day, I feel as though I need to sleep, so much that my eyes want to force close and I have to fight it if I am driving to get to a safe place to stop. I will be sitting in my chair at home and find myself waking up. I am in good shape, do p90x for my work out, and sleep at least six hours a night min. I eat good, and have not had any major medical problems.
