I m constantly feeling the need to pee and when I do I have this strong sensation in my vagina usually right before I finish peeing and it s really strong like I ve been holding my pee forever & I seem to notice small blood clots in my urine everytime I pee. Also my back hurts a lot and so does my tail bone like at the end of my spinal cord. I dont know what is is in gettin kinda scared and I ve looked online but nothing I think I should just go to my doctor & take some test, please help anyone?
