What Causes Urinary And Stool Incontinence After Feeling Sudden Unconsciousness?
My friend has had about 5 events where she feels suddenly dizzy and then shortly passes out and when awakens has lost control of both bowels and bladder. Any ideas why or what kind of doc to see to find out about this? She has not gone to the hospital for this.
i feel your friend's symptoms suggestive of fitting attacks. so i am afraid weather she is having epilepsy. but we need further history, examination and investigations such as eletrolyes, pregnancy test, blood sugar . if these investigations negative , need to do EEG and CECT or MRI. so please consult a specialized general physician or neurologist. according to history , examination and investigation results they will decide weather she need anti epileptic drugs.
