General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can happen after major pelvic surgery.

Consult a urologist and get evaluated. You can depend on a catheter for a few weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
