General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, the urinary incontinence with abdomen pain suggest urinary infection with partial neuronal disturbances from previous back surgeries. I recommend to undertake a complete urologic work up with urine culture, ultrasound of abdomen pelvis, CT scan and uroflowmetry for further guidelines and precise care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
