So when you do have sex, the parasympathetic stimulation to periurethral glands,which are inflamed already, secrete flush of white fluid, which mixes with seminal overflooding due to its inflammation,and this adds to urinary pain from the irritant urethra and urinary sphincter with irritant bladder muscles,causing Urinary Incontenance and Urinary Urgency in your case. CT prostate and Contrast Bladder/ urethrography studies would confirm inflammatory anatomy of Lower Urinary tract.
