General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It might be due to injury to the nerves controlling bladder function. Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. An MRI scan may be needed for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
