What Causes Urinary Retention And Blood In Semen?
one morning i wake up and i urinate but too slow and suddenly it stop. i know there is still urine that i have to pass out i do it in full force but nothing goes out . before this i have notice that when i have ejaculation i my sperm is with blood. what do you think is my problem.

The symptoms can be related to a urinary tract infection. I suggest to do a urine test,a urine culture and a complete blood count for further evaluation. Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
