What Causes Urinary Retention While On Cefdinir?
I started to take cefdinir yesterday, but I am not urinating as much as I normally do? It was prescribed by urgent care doctor Sunday due bad cold I have had for two weeks. Today was my 2nd capsule I took, my cold problem improved so much but now I have this ?

Cefdinir is not responsible for urinary retention. Cefdinir is an antibiotic and it is used to kill the microorganisms. Please take plenty of oral liquids and do USG PVR, if you are above 50 years of age.
