What Causes Urinary Tract Infection After Intercourse?

My wife seems to get urinary tract infection quite often the following day after sex but last night we only played with each other without penetration and she had to go to the clinic today for a burning sensation and has all the same symptoms again. Please advise thank you.

For urinary tract infection after intercourse you can take some antibiotic like norflox or ciplox after an expert opinion along with combiflam or nimol-plus if fever is present. Drink plenty of oral fluids to reduce the burning sensations.
