What Causes Urinary Urge Incontinence And Excessive Thirst?

Hi, lately I have been experiencing the urge to urinate more frequently, I ve been very tired and thirsty. Over the past few weeks, I ve had hunger pangs and headaches as well even when I ve just eaten or haven t previously been hungry during this time. I m thinking it could be type I diabetes because my grandmother had this and I have been told I have a increased susceptibility to this. Thank you for your help.
