Hello
Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted the urge incontinence that you have is mostly due to what is called as Over Active Bladder and were prescribed Festerodine (Toviaz) which did not show any improvement .

Normally one gets sensation oto pass urine when bladder gets filled up with 300 ml of urine .but in Over Active Bladder syndrome there are involuntary contraction of bladder even when it is filled with 50 70 ml of urine giving rise to symptom of urgency with incontinence .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Urodynaemic study of bladder

The Toviaz that you were prescribed does reduce the frequecy of bladder contraction but it takes 3-4 weeks to see the results .

There are drugs like Darifenacin that selectively act on bladder muscle to reduce frequency of contractions and give good results as far as urge ncy is concerned .

Take Darifenacin once daily and wait for 10 days to see the results .You will need to take it for 3-4 months .
