What Causes Urinary Urge Incontinence And Vaginal Pain On The Right Side?

the urge to urinate, a pinching pain on the right side of the vagina. went to doctor on Monday 5th. High white blood count urine. Doctor gave Bactrim for 3 days twice a day. By friday the urge to urinate and pain was so much I could not work. Went to urgent care. Again, high white blood count. Doctor gave Cipro. Did not help Called doctor back Monday and was told culture came back Lactobacillus? The nurse called in Bactrim again. Still have the urge to urinate/pressure and sharp pain on occasion inside the vagina

I think the bacterine is not going to work because you used it with no results. In our clinic we use clarithromicine for lactobacillus. Also you can perform an uroculture and take the antibiotic that comes as a result of uroculture.
