Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have gone to the doctor twice now, thinking I have a uti, both times the rest came back negative, I am keep getting that feeling to urinate often......the doctor today thought maybe bladder spasms and gave a medication for it, but it doesn t seem to help Any ideas what else it could be
You seem to have urge incontinence due to is detrusor hyperactivity with impaired contractility, in which incomplete bladder emptying occurs due to involuntary contractions, resulting in high postvoid residuals. Go for USG KUB (kidneys, ureter & bladder) area to detect the post-void residual volume of urine.
Otherwise, urge incontinence can be due to irritation of the bladder by infected urine (UTI); it then responds to appropriate antibiotic therapy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Tushar Kanti Biswas,
