I am ruling out any s.t.d. no sex with anyone except with my wife and I know she is not sleeping around
There can be Prostatomegaly which is causing your urinary frequency, urgency, dribbling, etcetera. Get prostate examined and with ultrasound, we can know the size of it.
Etiology behind Organomegaly can be sorted out to treat you. BPH (Benign Prostate Hypertrophy) is a common condition occurring in the elderly and it can be treated with medication.
If not, surgical removal of the prostate gland can also be done after your ultrasound reports.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Archana
