Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

The symptoms that you describe correlate with an urinary tract infection or a kidney/uretheral stone.

If I was your caring doctor I would recommend to do an urine test and an ultrasound of your urinary tract.

The right medication, will be chosen after the results of these tests.

You can use ibuprofen or tylenol twice per day for the pain.

Meanwhile here are some tips:
-have plenty of water
-chamomile tea or rose tea
-don't hold your urine for long
-fresh fruits or vegetables

Wish you all the best
