Hi, Noted your history about hives at the back of tongue that developed a couple of hours ago, frequent bowel movements. Hives on the back of tongue is a serious problem hence you should go to ER for clinical evaluation and have proper management like antihistamine, oral or intravenous steroids. You may even need Adrenalin for the sake of preserving the airway. Diarrhea as you have mentioned needs the following: Tests of blood and stool. Ultrasonography of abdomen. Clinical evaluation/ All this will lead to a proper diagnosis and thus have proper management. Take probiotics. Avoid the foods and beverages that would have caused both the problems. Further evaluation if needed should be done, investigated to get a proper diagnosis and have proper management till cured. Watch for recurrence. Hope I have answered your query.
