General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
I have gone through your query & understood your concern.
- Are you using contraceptives?some oral contraceptives/ inject-able contraceptives tend to disturb menstrual cycle & cause symptoms like you have .
- Repeat pregnancy test..if it is confirmed -ve, your problem / symptoms indicate some hormonal imbalance . You need to get it investigated with a gynecologist/ endocrinologist's advise , to find exact cause & get specific treatment.
- Get your urine examined.. any infection need to be treated .
Thanks.
