What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intake Of Azithromycin?

I am on birth control called zenchent Fe and take continuous birth control with no placebos. I have been on it for 2 months. I was just prescribed liquid azithromycin for gastroparesis for a long period of time. I started taking it 7 days ago and now have been bleeding for 4 days. Is that normal?

Vaginal bleeding may not be a side effect of azithromycin.Bleeding while on birth control pills like zenchent is a well described side effect.I will suggest you just observe.It will pass.If symptoms persist, you see your Doctor for evaluation.
