What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

Whenever I have sexual intercourse, 1 minute in and I bleed so much, its not drops of bloods, its pints of blood with a lot of blood clots. What could this mean? This is the first time i ve had sex and i m scared that I will always bleed so much. What should I do?

post coital bleeding in a lady having intercourse for the first time could simply be due to ruptured hymen which is normal for a virgin...but as you say its pints of blood accompanied with clots which warrants medical attention to rule out other ominous causes of such a symptom like cervical cancer, AUB, etc....get a per vaginal exam done urgently
