Rough sex and vaginal dryness like causes can lead bleeding after intercourse
Sometime endometriosis, fibroid, polyp like organic causes also can lead bleed
If this is the first time intercourse than bleeding can occur due to hymen rupture...
Your pelvic examination done and USG done to rule out if any organic cause present that is treated accordingly
If bleeding continues than trenexemic acid might prescribed
It is better to avoid rough sex and use condom if conception is not desired just now
