What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?
Everytime I have an orgasim during intercourse with my husband I notice there is a big spot of blood under where I was and all over him. Then I also notice afterwards when I use the bathroom there is a small amount of blood. What could possibly make me bleed only when I orgasim but not afterwards?

By your history and description, the possibility of endometriosis is more likely.
It is mostly due to hormonal imbalance. So better to consult a gynaecologist and get done a clinical examination, transvaginal ultrasound and detailed hormone levels.
You will need hormone pills to regulate hormones. Once your hormones normalize, you will be alright.
