What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Masturbation With Abdominal Cramps?
I finished my period week before last. I masturbated two days ago and noticed very light bleeding afterwards. It s not spotting because it s bright red. Now I have a very light flow. Not too much but enough to put a pad on. Also for a few days now when I urinate it doesn t burn but it does feel a little weird, similar to burning. I haven t been drinking water much which caused a bit of back pain. Am I okay? I m very worried. I just got cramps about a hour ago but only on my left side and very mild. But does get worse when I cough.
Based on the description of the symptoms, it appears that you could have had a mechanical injury to the mucosa of the vagina or cervix leading to abrasions.
Since it is associated with a few other symptoms, it is advisable to get yourself clinically examined. Kindly consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
