Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently started using a vibrator to increase my libido (going thru menopause and have lost interest, stopped having orgasms, and it s painful). I bleed after using it and it doesn t seem like my period. It s much lighter than my normal period. Also I only use it externally since penetration is uncomfortable. The only difference is my orgasms are incredibly intense. Is it normal to bleed after using a vibrator externally?
As per your history and symptoms, the cause of bleeding is likely mucosal injury. If its very light, it will stop on its on, if it doesn't then, its better to see a gynecologist to clear your doubts.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
