What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Masturbation?

I had my period yesterday which was abnormally long (9 days). But last month it was short (2 days). I read that could be a factor. I just started getting my period in December. Anyway, I masturbated today and there was blood. But I haven t had any today. Does that mean there is something wrong?
