What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Salpingectomy?

Hi My name is Gagang....will i have salpingectomy last June 23,2017 .And i never have had period for almost 5 years before the salpingectomy becuase i am taking a Risperidone for my bipolar.I wanted to know why after 5 days of salpingectomy done...i am bleeding still.Is that because i have my period back..or what.....please answer me.Thanks

I think it is because of the procedure done but if it's very severe bleeding you should consult your gynecologist.
