What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Sexual Intercourse?
hello, my name is Clarita and i was wondering if you answer a question for me. I m currently taking birth control pills and just recently had my menstrual cycle two weeks from today and it was very light as if i almost did not have it. Now fours days ago (from today) I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend and it was a rough and he has been the biggest ive been with but now im bleeding as of the day afternoon.. i m suppose to get my menstrual again after this week thats coming up. now heres my question: is it normal that im bleeding?im thinking that because of my menstrual cycle of last time being light and now almost starting the new one that maybe its just a early period but im starting to worry, should i go see a dr? thanks in advance for all your help!
Rough sex can sometimes cause bleeding. But since you are on birth control pills and your previous periods was light, this time, due to hormonal variation it might have happened a week early. It may be due to some sort of your anxiety. Nothing much to worry about. Once your hormonal balances are restored, you would start getting your periods as normal.
