What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Postinor 2?

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and I took postinor 2 within 24hrs. A week after, I started bleeding...it was red blood at first then it changed to darker colour...its been 8days now and I m still bleeding..red blood with some linings in it. I m expecting my next period in two days. I m so worried.

I appreciate your concern, once the hormone medicine taken for no pathological reason then it causes the great disturbances in menstrual cycle because of the hormone medicine your normal menses cycle being disturb now you wont be having the period on expected date but this date could be changed, it is nothing to worry later or sooner menses will be regular with different date you may experience the irregular period for some time hope this information helps.
