What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps After Intercourse?

Hi im 27 and yesterday after having intercourse with my boyfriend i had cramping for about 30 to 45 mins. Then today after we had intercourse instantly there was a gush of bright red blood and i had minor cramps after that lasted 10 or so mins. Ive been having gushes of blood coming out since but not cramps or any pain.

Hi, I think you might have got your periods. If it is heavy, consult a gynecologist for pelvic examination. It can be because of a polyp also. It can be confirmed after a pelvic examination only.
