I went to the doctors in November 2016 to get a depo shot and they had tested to see if I was pregnant and it came out negative so they gave me a shot. I was still sexually active after that and in December 2016 one night I was having light bleeding and really bad pain like cramps but way worse. They would come and go and I couldn t sleep at all. The next day the pain was still there and I decided to take a shower. While I was in the shower a skin like sac came out of me and it was as big as my palm. It had blood and veins and nothing was inside of it. Imminently after that happened the pain was gone. And I haven t told my parents since. I m really scared to know what was going on. I have also been having some spotting here and there but not a actual period. When I wipe there is sometimes brown reddish blood and I don t know what to do.
