General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Endometrial hyperplasia doesn't mean cancer. It is a normal menstrual cycle phenomenon. Bleeding after intercourse might be due to injury in vaginal track.

Before concluding to any decision, please take the advice of another gynecologist to make sure you are going in the right direction. And Pap smear is for cervical abnormalities so don't mix it up with endometriosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
