Today I woke up with severe abdominal pain mostly in my right side followed by dark green stool. The pain lingered throughout my day sometimes worse than others off and on. The later when urinating I senced a very strong unusual odor and had realized I was also having vaginal bleeding. The previous night I had felt unusually week and fatigued and tried to drink water the rest of the evening to feel better.
