What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Genital Pain After Hysterectomy?
I noticed a small amount of blood after urinating (didn t notice any in the urine) when I wiped my urethra area. I haven t had any pain when urinating, but do feel some genital pain. I am female and have had a hysterectomy and haven t had sex or genital contact in the past 5 days.

The cause of your problem is probably a local vaginal infection or of cervical origin if your hysterectomy was sub-total.However, a urinalysis will still be needed to exclude a urinary tract infection.I advice you see a physician for examination as soon as possible.
